CrossFit WAF is a high-end CrossFit facility located in Point Edward, at 704 Mara st. #133. It shares a roof with the sports performance facility, We Are Fitness. The facility is equipped to handle up to 30 CrossFitters at a time, without modification to the individual WODs.
Our certified instructors offer classes at the beginner, intermediate and expert levels, so whether you're a seasoned veteran or just getting started, you'll feel right at home.
